Marty Willenborg serves as Guardian Financial Strategies’ Life Insurance Partner. He brings a long career in financial services and advanced life insurance strategy, helping clients evaluate whether life insurance can play a meaningful role in protecting their families and supporting their broader retirement plan.
Marty’s work focuses on the insurance side of the conversation, including income protection, life-insurance reviews, long-term care considerations, and wealth-transfer strategies when appropriate. He works closely with Lead Advisor Chris Wood to help ensure life-insurance decisions complement each client’s overall financial strategy.
Before joining Guardian Financial Strategies, Marty was a co-owner of Premier Advisors in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He also serves as Senior Vice President of Training & Advanced Life Sales at Asset Marketing Systems, where he helps financial professionals navigate advanced life-insurance concepts and case design.
